For more than 25 years, I've built my career — and my life — around one powerful truth: meaningful relationships change everything.
I'm an entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, and the founder of Xandra Marketing & PR — but at my core, I'm a connector. Networking didn't just help me grow businesses, it helped shape who I became. Through every season of life, I learned that success isn't built alone. It's built through people who believe in you, challenge you, and walk alongside you.
That belief became a book. The Power of Networking was born from 25 years of real-world experience, and with it came my signature framework — the 7 Essential C's of Networking: Courage, Common Ground, Connections, Creativity, Consistency, Company, and Classy. These aren't just principles. They're the foundation of how I live, lead, and build.
And then the book became a movement.
I created TPN Community because I saw a gap. Too many networking spaces focused on transactions instead of transformation. Business cards instead of real relationships. Competition instead of collaboration.
TPN was born to be different.
