Frequently Asked Questions

Who teaches the course?

Both courses are taught live by Alexandra Silva Labarr, Founder of TPN Community and bestselling author of The Power of Networking and Show Up Scared (Youth Edition). Students learn directly from the person who created these frameworks.

Where do classes take place?

Classes are held live online, taught directly by Alexandra Silva Labarr. You'll receive a video link and all access details by email after enrolling.

Can my student take both courses?

Yes — many students take both. Each is a separate $199 enrollment and can be taken in either order.

What if we need to miss a session?

Email us as soon as possible at connect@TPNcommunity.com. Recordings and make-up guidance are provided when a live session is missed.

Is there a refund policy?

Contact us at connect@TPNcommunity.com before the second session for a full refund. After that, enrollments are non-refundable but transferable to a future session.

Is this only for TPN chapter families?

No — these courses are open to any student, anywhere, whether or not your family is already connected to a TPN chapter.
